Alrighty then... here are the deets:
Return/Exchange/Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed with tags, and in original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, or order number or the original email associated with the order.
To start a return, you can contact us at yo@flyfittees.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless a product is defective or incorrect, you are required to pay for return shipping. We will pay for return shipping on size exchanges if this is your first order and it falls under our "Perfect Fit Guarantee" (see below).  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please reach out to us first, we are here to work with customers and make sure everyone is happy!! Â

Cancel An Order
Once an order is placed you have 1 hour to cancel that order. Please contact us directly via yo@flyfittees.com with your order number to cancel that order. We process orders quickly so they are often being packed and shipped after that first hour. If you contact us to cancel an order after that 1 hour window, we will work with you to cancel it if possible. Otherwise, you may return the order after it is delivered but you will be responsible for return shipping.
Exchange for different size/product
We offer an easy process for exchanging items that don't fit or if you'd prefer a different item. We will do a size swap of the identical item on your first order with us for free. We cover the cost of return shipping.  If it's not your first order or if you're looking to change the style, you will be required to cover the return shipping. Please contact us directly to begin any exchange at yo@flyfittees.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable but all other order costs will be refunded.
Damaged/Defective/Wrong Product Received
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will also refund or replace a defective or incorrect item with no cost to you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
For size/style exchanges we will wait for the returned item to arrive before issuing a replacement. If you need a replacement item expedited, simply place a 2nd order and the original order will be fully refunded (minus any shipping costs) as soon as we receive it. Who knows, your packages may even give each other a high-five when they pass each other in the mail! Â

Perfect Fit Guarantee
Our Perfect Fit Guarantee makes it easy to order with confidence. The guarantee can only be honored on your first order with FlyFitTees.com. We will cover the return shipping for up to 3 t-shirts and will cover all costs to ship out new shirts. This courtesy can only be used once per customer on a single order. It's our way of making the online shopping process easy for everyone even if you're not sure on a size. If you're not sure on sizing, we suggest that you order a single shirt for your first order, just in case it doesn't fit. That way, you can figure out sizing before ordering larger quantities.
